All photographs and videos created by me are original works protected by copyright.

If you would like to use my photographs or videos on your website, social media, advertising materials or any other platform, you must obtain my permission before publishing them.

Permission to use my content is granted only on the terms agreed with me.

When my video is published as an Instagram Reel, I require that I be added as a collaborator on the Reel.

On any other video platform, or where a collaboration feature is not available, my authorship must be clearly stated in the text accompanying the publication, together with a direct link to my Instagram: @freya_znz.

A simple account tag is not sufficient, as it may not be visible to users. My authorship must be clearly identifiable in the publication itself.

If you request permission to use my content and subsequently publish it without complying with the agreed conditions, such use is unauthorized.

Unauthorized copying, publication, distribution or other use of my content, as well as use in breach of agreed conditions, constitutes an infringement of my copyright.

Copyright protection is generally automatic and does not require registration in countries that are parties to the Berne Convention. The Convention establishes minimum international standards of protection and the principle of national treatment, meaning that copyright protection is governed by the applicable law of the country where protection is claimed. In the event of unauthorized use of my content, I reserve the right to request removal of the infringing material, submit copyright infringement reports to the relevant platforms, and pursue available legal remedies, including compensation where applicable under the law of the relevant jurisdiction.
